What we collect

When you buy a plate or pack we store your email address, the items you purchased, and the payment confirmation from our payment processor. We do not see or store your card details — those live with the processor.

Where it lives

Your information is kept securely in our database. Only people who need access to operate the shop have access — no broader sharing, no analytics resold to third parties, no “data partners.”

What we do with it

We use your email to deliver the files you bought, send a receipt, and respond when you write in. That’s the whole list.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and the data attached to it at any time. Write to us and we’ll handle it.
