License.
When you buy a plate from us, you’re buying the right to use it — not the right to resell, redistribute, or hand it out. Every purchase comes with a personal license; you can upgrade to a commercial license at checkout. Here is the short, plain version of both.
Personal license
Included with every plate and pack at the standard price.
What you can do
- Use the file on your own devices as a wallpaper.
- Use the graphic in your personal projects — for example, a green screen background for a personal video — provided it is not monetized and not commercial.
What you can’t do
- Distribute the file — uploading, reposting, packaging, or sharing it anywhere, paid or free.
- Use the work commercially. That includes client work, ads, merchandise, monetized video, and resale of any kind. For those uses, grab a commercial license below.
- Claim authorship of the work or any derivative of it.
Commercial license
Everything but resale. A commercial license costs $30.00 per plate or $200.00 per pack. Pick the commercial option on any plate or pack page — the price appears once you select it — and check out as usual.
What it unlocks
- Client and commissioned work.
- Advertising, marketing, and social media.
- Merchandise and physical or digital products you sell (apparel, packaging, print-on-demand, app and game art, and the like).
- Monetized video, livestreams, and thumbnails — YouTube, Twitch, and elsewhere.
Still off-limits
- Reselling or redistributing the file itself, or selling it as a wallpaper, template, or standalone digital asset.
- Minting it as an NFT or using it as AI training data.
- Sublicensing it or claiming authorship of the work.
Nonprofits
Running a nonprofit? Email us at wallpapers@blowerscreative.com and we’ll grant an extended license on the standard plate price. Tell us a little about your organization and how you’d like to use the work.
Enforcement
The works are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). If we catch you using our wallpapers outside the license you hold, we may impose a penalty of USD $1,500 per work, or the maximum amount the venue of the infringement permits — whichever is greater — in addition to any statutory damages and legal costs.
